Competition Terms and Conditions

1. Terms and Conditions – One Stop Shopping Centre Summer Giveaway. To participate in this competition, entrants must complete the competition entry form and sign up to the One Stop Shopping Centre e-newsletter. Entries made by direct reply to promotional posts or this Terms & Conditions page will not be accepted.
2. There will be one winner selected at random from all eligible entries that have fulfilled the criteria in Clause 1 above. Entries open on 15th August 2026 and close at 11:30pm on 31st August 2026. Entries submitted after this date will not be counted.
3. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) aged 18 years or over, except employees of Workman LLP, their immediate families, contractors and anyone otherwise connected with the administration of the competition.
4. The prize consists of one Sports Direct voucher worth £100.
5. The winner will be notified via the email address provided on the competition entry form. The winner must respond within 48 hours of being contacted. If no response is received, One Stop Shopping Centre reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
6. We reserve the right to provide an alternative prize of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
7. Only one entry per person will be accepted unless otherwise stated.
8. No purchase is necessary. No refund may be claimed for expenses incurred in participating in the promotion.
9. We reserve the right to exclude any entries which we believe to be inappropriate, fraudulent or based on misconduct.
10. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternative in whole or in part.
11. The winner will have 48 hours to claim their prize from the date they are contacted. After this time, we reserve the right to select a new winner.
12. The decisions of the promoter (Workman LLP) are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
13. By taking part in this promotion, all participants consent to us collecting, storing and using their personal data submitted with their entry for the purposes of administering this promotion.
14. Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be used for marketing purposes without the individual’s prior consent, except where consent has been expressly provided through newsletter sign-up.
15. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Sports Direct or any social media platform.
16. The promoter does not accept responsibility for entries that are lost, damaged, delayed or incomplete for any reason.
17. The winner may be required to participate in related publicity without further reward, including photographs or short statements.
18. The promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend this promotion without notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
19. This promotion and these Terms and Conditions are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
