Click & collect

Pushed for time? Take advantage of the Click & Collect service available at your favourite stores.

Looking for a new outfit but haven’t got the time to shop? Order a new outfit online and pick up in-store at a time that suits you at New Look and Peacocks.

Stores who also offer Click & Collect include Argos, Asda, Shoe Zone, Boots,  Superdrug, and Sports Direct. Please see individual stores to find out more.

Family facilities

A Parent Room is available at the bottom of the escalator by the customer toilets, along with baby changing facilities.

Kiddies’ rides are also available on the mall and the external retail park.

ATM

There are several cash points available at the centre. ATMs can be found by the bottom of the escalator, at Halifax and Natwest. A cash point is also located outside the Asda store.

FREE BT Wi-fi

Customers can enjoy Wi-Fi free of charge at the centre. Look for One Stop in the list of networks on your device.

Disabled access

One Stop Shopping Centre is situated on the ground level allowing for easy access for wheelchairs and pushchairs. The car park is located on the same level.

Customer toilets

Toilets for the use of customers are located at the bottom of the escalator by the main entrance to the centre, just off the main square. Baby changing facilities are also available.

Photo booth

Say ‘cheese’! A photo booth is located at the bottom of the escalator by the customer toilets.

Pharmacy

Pharmacies can be found in Boots and Asda.
