Big shout out to Michelle Hewson for achieving an Excellence in Action award.

Here at One Stop we believe Customer Service is key to ensuring our customers have the best shopping experience possible. We have been taking part in the Customer Service Excellence programme for over a year now which involves several training sessions throughout the year to recognise our staff and to help improve our skills and service.
